| 1.)
Please fill out the Return
Request Form. If you do not have your invoice,
please indicate when you purchased your parts. You
will be emailed a return number in 3-4 business days. |

When you get your RA# please remember to write
your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
Otherwise, we cannot accept your package. |

Wrap the package securely. |

No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization

| Within
21 days of placing your order from www.thebenzbin.com,
you may return: Any item in its original condition that
either did not fit or is a core return. The item can
not be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation.
We are not responsible for installation errors. Product
returns that are returned for credit will be subject
to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Special-order
products are NOT returnable. Electrical parts are not
returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.
Service manuals are not returnable for any reason.
No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization
number. Shipping charges are not refundable. We are
not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as
the result of the installation of wrong or defective
parts. |

Refunds
for returns or cores will normally take 3-4
weeks AFTER we receive the part back at
the warehouse. So you may understand:
* When we receive the merchandise back we forward
it to the manufacturer for approval.

The manufacturer will then approve your return.

Once the return has been approved we will credit the
credit card you used to buy the merchandise.
*
Please be aware that your bank may take 3 to 7 business
days until they post the credit to your account.
*If
you have not received credit in 3-4 weeks after you
return the parts please email shipping@thebenzbin.com

1. All prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
2. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.
3. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.
4. We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order.
We trust that for the majority of orders it will not be necessary to even consider cancellation but this will be done should the need arise.
